During these sessions, I use the Neurographica® method to help you uncover new perspectives and solutions.


 Change takes root gradually, and multiple sessions provide the continuity and support needed for meaningful transformation. By committing to at least four weekly (or bi-weekly) 1,5 hour sessions, you give yourself the space to move beyond surface-level exploration. With one-to-one coaching, you have a safe, confidential space to reflect, find clarity, and take practical steps towards your future.
